What material is the stainless steel sink made of?
Our sinks are manufactured with premium grade 304 stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, rust and staining. Specific models also offer 316 stainless steel for coastal or high-humidity environments.
What is the thickness of the stainless steel?
Our kitchen sinks are available in 16-gauge (1.5mm) and 18-gauge (1.2mm) thickness. 16-gauge offers superior strength and sound insulation; 18-gauge balances durability and cost. We support custom dimensions and thicknesses.
Does the sink scratch easily?
Stainless steel is very durable. Normal use may produce minor surface scratches over time, but a natural patina develops that helps conceal small scratches. Using a protective grid or mat can minimize surface wear.
Does the sink have sound insulation?
Yes! Our sinks feature undercoating and sound-dampening pads to minimize noise from running water and dishwashing. The noise reduction coating is applied to the underside of the sink bowl during manufacturing.
How to clean and maintain the sink?
Rinse the sink after each use and wipe dry with a soft cloth. For deep cleaning, use mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals. Periodically apply stainless steel polish to maintain a beautiful finish.
What surface finishes are available?
We offer multiple surface finishes including: Brushed (Satin), Nano Black, Gunmetal Grey, Polished Mirror, and PVD Gold. Each finish is treated with our advanced metal surface processing technology for long-lasting durability.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. Generally 50 units for standard products and 100 units for OEM/ODM. In-stock items can be ordered in smaller quantities. Please contact us for specific product MOQ details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, Western Union, PayPal, and other payment methods. For large orders, T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment is the standard arrangement. Please contact us to discuss the best option for your order.

In-stock items ship same day. Sample orders are completed within 5–7 days. Bulk orders are delivered within 15 days. Custom OEM/ODM orders may require 20–30 days depending on complexity and quantity. We will confirm exact lead times upon order confirmation.
